We understand every customers needs are different and our aim is to work with you to provide the right solution, we provide a complete post-sales service working to ensure a successful installation and configuration program is implemented.
All installation and configuration work is performed by experienced and fully accredited technicians.
Ongoing support is available either through the provision of annual maintenance and support contracts or on an ad-hoc basis as and when the need arises. First-line Telephone and/or Email support is available from our team of trained consultants.
All products are sold with vendor maintenance contracts, as long as these contracts remain valid you will have access to the technical support specialists from the product vendor.
